Products

Why are some products marked as “Unavailable”?

If a product is marked as “Unavailable,” it is either sold out or is a collection that is not yet ready for sale (such as a Seasonal collection). Hang tight—these cookies will become available soon!

Are there any individually wrapped options?

Yes! Our Hand-Decorated Cookies and Paint-Your-Own Cookie Kits are always individually wrapped, 100% of the time.

The wrapping of the rest of our products may vary. Please see the product details or Contact Us for further information.

What is the shelf life of my DecoCookies product?

Your product’s BEST BY date is indicated on its box or wrapper (depending on the item). All our current cookie products are shelf-stable for 6 months after their bake date.

Are DecoCookies products peanut and tree nut allergy safe?

All DecoCookies products are safe for all peanut and tree nut allergies. Our facility, ingredients, and equipment contain no traces of peanuts or tree nuts. We work with strict control measures to eliminate the possibility of cross-contamination with nut allergens. To further ensure safety, we package each cookie individually.

Do DecoCookies products contain any allergens?

Our ingredients include Milk, Egg, Soy, and Wheat. If you would like to request further allergen information, please Contact Us.

What are the ingredients of DecoCookies cookie products?

VANILLA FLAVOR COOKIE:

Wheat flour, sugar, butter (milk), egg, water, corn starch, invert sugar, meringue making powder (egg whites, sugar, corn starch, xanthan gum, soy lecithin, locust bean gum, sodium aluminum sulfate, iodized salt, gelatin, tartaric acid, cream of tartar, milk), vanilla extract, red no. 3, red no. 40, blue no. 1, blue no. 2, yellow no. 5, yellow no. 6, guar gum, leavening (calcium acid pyrophosphate, calcium sulfate, potassium bicarbonate and calcium carbonate) iodized salt, mono- and diglycerides and potassium sorbate as preservative.

Contains Wheat, Milk, Egg and Soy.

 

CHOCOLATE FLAVOR COOKIE:

Wheat flour, sugar, butter (milk), egg, cocoa, cocoa processed with alkali, water, corn starch, invert sugar, meringue making powder (egg whites, sugar, corn starch, xanthan gum, soy lecithin, locust bean gum, sodium aluminum sulfate, iodized salt, gelatin, tartaric acid, cream of tartar, milk), vanilla extract, red no. 3, red no. 40, blue no. 1, blue no. 2, yellow no. 5, yellow no. 6, guar gum, leavening (calcium acid pyrophosphate, calcium sulfate, potassium bicarbonate and calcium carbonate) iodized salt, mono- and diglycerides  and potassium sorbate as preservative.

Are DecoCookies products Kosher?

Currently, we are working on certifying our facility, ingredients, and processes as Kosher. While we are not yet finished with this certification process, we plan to receive our official Kosher Certification in the future!

Can I order custom cookies with DecoCookies?

Currently, our team is working on new collections to expand our original designs. While we don’t offer personalization services, we will have more collections to choose from soon!

Ordering, Payment, and Delivery

What forms of payment can I use to pay for my order?

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards and PayPal.

When will my order arrive?

You can choose the speed of your order delivery at checkout. However, actual delivery speed may vary depending on your location and the conditions of travel. We have 3 delivery speed options for you to choose from:

 

Priority—Delivery in 2 business days from date of purchase

Expedited—Delivery in 3 business days from date of purchase

Standard—Delivery in 6 business days from date of purchase

 

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

Can I split a purchase between more than one card or different forms of payment?

At this time, all orders must be processed on one single card or form of payment. We can not accept split charges.

What should I do if I require an invoice for my order?

If you require an invoice for your order, please indicate your tax information when you fill out your personal information at checkout.

Why was my card not accepted, and what should I do?

If your card was not accepted, it may be because of extra security measures provided by your bank. Please contact your bank to allow the transaction to be processed. If the payment is still not accepted, it may be due to incorrect information, low funds, or other reasons. Please try again with a different payment method.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery location, type or time, parts shipped and dimensions of the order.

We partner with our parcel companies to deliver orders and we assure you that we have low prices, even in shipping.

You can find the cost of your shipment in the summary of your order once you enter the delivery address.

What should I do if I need to change the delivery address of my order after it has already been placed?

Since your order is immediately processed at our facility, it is not possible to make changes to the delivery address after you have completed your purchase.

Can I receive items outside of the United States?

Currently, orders may only be delivered within the continental United States. Orders cannot be delivered outside of the United States.

How do I know if my payment was processed successfully?

If your payment was processed successfully, you will receive an Order Confirmation email within 72 hours of purchase. Please check your spam or junk folders if you do not see it in your inbox.

How can I create my free account with DecoCookies?

It's easy to create an account with DecoCookies! Simply follow these steps to get started:

 

  • Go to “Log In” from our main menu
  • Click "Create Account"
  • Follow the prompts to enter your information and create your Username and Password
  • Read & Agree to the Terms and Conditions
  • Click "Create Account"

 

To activate your account, you will need to verify it via email. Check your email inbox for a message from us and follow the provided prompts to activate your account.

Do I need to create an account with DecoCookies to place an order?

Creating an account with us is optional for ordering, but we recommend you create an account for easy checkout next time!
